Surface shot-blasting and derusting production line for marine vessel and offshore engineering machinery parts

作者:通过式抛丸机 更新时间:2026-07-23 点击数:

Rust on steel plates used in shipyards can compromise shipbuilding quality. Manual rust removal is impractical due to the immense workload involved; instead, mechanical rust removal is required to ensure quality standards. This need is effectively met by using a series of pass-through shot blasting machines—specifically, steel plate and profile pre-treatment lines. Many shipyards and steel mills, both domestically and internationally, have successfully implemented our shot blasting equipment and abrasive products. Notably, our Q69 series steel plate pre-treatment lines have been exported to clients in markets such as Australia.
