The Group is a domestic manufacturer of high-end shot blasting machinery. Dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of shot blasting equipment and environmental protection solutions, the company has established a product portfolio comprising four major series, including high-end shot blasting machines and environmental dust removal systems. New shot blasting units developed in recent years—such as the 22–75 kW direct-drive model and the 120 kW belt-driven model—have gained renown in both domestic and international markets. The company’s development of specialized equipment—including shot blasting machines for coiled rod, wire rod, high-speed bars (round billets and square steel), inclined drums, and steel-belt pass-through systems—marks a significant step forward in the industrialization of its shot blasting business. The company (in which the Group holds a 49% stake) possesses an annual shot blasting machine production capacity valued at 69 million RMB, while the casting machinery subsidiary (54% stake) has an annual robot production capacity valued at 30 million RMB. As a leading shot blasting machine manufacturer in the Asia-Pacific region, the company focuses on phasing out outdated technologies and aligning its capabilities with advanced European standards. Between 2009 and 2021, the company invested 4.7 million RMB in advanced equipment, including imported CNC machine tools, CNC laser cutters, robotic welding systems, German dynamic balancing equipment, large gantry milling machines, and direct-drive machining centers. It has also secured key certifications—such as German TÜV, French BA, EU CE, and ISO9001—and supplies products to major European and American enterprises, including ThyssenKrupp, Alstom, Bombardier, and Getrag.
The company received the "Siemens Greater China Excellent Supplier" and "TBEA Excellent Supplier" awards in 2014, became a strategic partner of Hangxiao Steel Structure in 2016, and was named an excellent supplier by BYD in 2018.

1 | ● Successfully restructured in September 2006, establishing a new corporate system. ● Obtained ISO9001 quality management and environmental management system certifications, as well as EU CE and German TÜV certifications, by April 2011. ● Partnered with Taiwan’s Lubo Company in June 2011 to develop an intelligent, servo-controlled pre-treatment system integrating shot blasting and painting. ● Developed in collaboration with European shot blasting experts, the technology leads the domestic market. ● Successfully developed 15–75 kW direct-drive shot blasting units; successfully entered European and US markets, securing orders and recognition from ThyssenKrupp. ● Chief engineers from Shuangxing Casting Machinery and Huanghe Casting Machinery joined the company. ● Committed to becoming a leading enterprise in Asia for the R&D and manufacturing of high-end shot blasting machinery. |
2 | ● In June 2012, the company successfully developed a high-power (90 hp) direct-drive shot blasting wheel, earning praise from ThyssenKrupp (Germany); simultaneously, it developed a continuous-feed crawler-type shot blasting machine, breaking the European monopoly in this sector. ● In August 2012, the company passed the on-site acceptance inspection and product quality sampling tests conducted by experts from the Shot Blasting Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and obtained the "Shot Blasting Machine Supplier License" issued by Sinotruk Group. ● The company was granted six utility model patents and one design patent in 2012, followed by one invention patent and one utility model patent in August 2013. It secured 14 utility model patents in 2014. |
3 | ● In March 2013, the company obtained energy-saving certification for its products; the energy efficiency metrics of its shot blasting machines met the energy-saving standards specified in GB 19152-2009, "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Wire-Pass-Through Shot Blasting Machines." ● In 2013, the company began entering the shot blasting machine market and participating in industry conferences; on October 27, 2013, it participated in an international foundry exhibition for the first time. ● In July 2013, construction began on a new factory covering an area of 27,000 square meters. |
