The grooves formed by the steel/rubber tracks of the crawler-type shot blasting machine serve as the carrier for the workpieces. During operation, the tracks rotate, causing the workpieces in the grooves to roll. As a result, both the inner and outer surfaces of the parts can achieve better cleaning effects. This type of machine is available in manual and automatic loading and unloading modes, and is most suitable for shot blasting cleaning of large quantities of small parts. Due to the use of rubber tracks, the impact and scratches between the parts and the tracks are reduced, and the footprint is small, making the operation extremely convenient. Therefore, it has been adopted by many manufacturers.
Applications
Suitable for cleaning adhered sand, scale, and other deposits from the surfaces of small castings, forgings, stamped parts, and springs—including thin-walled or impact-sensitive components—in heat treatment workshops; it can also be used for surface strengthening. (Do not use to clean high-temperature parts, slender components, or parts with burrs or flash, as these can easily damage the conveyor belt.)
An economical solution for surface treatment of anti-rolling components, consisting of a shot blasting hopper and polygonal drums combined with a series of shot blasting and workpiece processing techniques. The compact design, mature operation principles, strong cleaning ability, and gentle rolling feature are the advantages of batch-type shot blasting cleaning machines.
The following case pictures are all self-shot photos of the shot blasting machines produced by Qingdao KEEJOO Group.

Working Principle
A tumble-belt shot blasting machine uses a high-strength, wear-resistant rubber or manganese steel belt to carry the workpieces. It employs a high-speed rotating impeller to propel abrasive media onto the workpieces within the chamber, thereby achieving the cleaning objective. This equipment is suitable for sand removal, descaling, oxide layer removal, and surface strengthening of small castings, forgings, stamped parts, gears, and springs; it is particularly well-suited for cleaning and strengthening parts that can withstand tumbling impact. The machine utilizes the trough-like cavity formed by the rubber belt to hold and convey the workpieces.During operation, the track rotates, causing the workpieces inside the chamber to tumble, thereby achieving effective cleaning on both the inner and outer surfaces of the parts. This machine model is available in manual and automatic loading/unloading configurations, making it ideal for shot blasting large quantities of small components. The use of rubber tracks reduces impact and scratching between the workpieces and the track, while its compact footprint and user-friendly operation have made it widely adopted by numerous manufacturers. Currently, this series includes models 3GN, 6GN, 8GN, 15GN, and 28GN.
Shot peening machines are specialized equipment designed for metal surface treatment. Shot peening is a process specifically engineered to enhance the fatigue strength of components subjected to alternating stresses. By utilizing a high-velocity stream of shot to impact the metal surface, a layer of cyclic plastic strain is generated; this induces beneficial microstructural changes in the surface layer and establishes a residual compressive stress field. Consequently, the metal's resistance to fatigue fracture and stress corrosion cracking is improved, thereby enhancing the product's reliability and durability.

This machine is equipped with the HAI Ocean Surge® direct-coupled high-efficiency blast wheel (German design with independent patents, Patent No.:ZL 2015 2 0702933.5).
The blast wheel is the heart of a shot blasting machine, and its design determines the performance of the entire system. The HAI Pengpai® blast wheel comes as standard equipment, delivering superior blasting performance. Available in a variety of sizes and materials, the H-series blast wheel ensures flexibility across diverse manufacturing processes. Its key advantages include enhanced blasting performance, reduced abrasive consumption, significantly extended equipment uptime, and effective noise reduction. The casing is lined with curved, multi-layer labyrinth-style sealing plates; the hot zone features a thickness of 70mm, ensuring excellent sealing performance and a uniform distribution of the projected abrasive media over an expanded coverage area. The internal design allows for the adjustment of abrasive trajectories, thereby enhancing blasting efficiency and minimizing self-wear. Additionally, a specialized dynamic design boosts efficiency by 30% compared to standard blast wheels.

Introduction to the Components of the Shot Blasting Machine
Blast wheel

1. Semi-automatic flow control system for regulating the flow of abrasive media into the blast wheel, featuring manual adjustment of the steel shot flow rate.
2. Fully sealed structural design, featuring a lockable inspection opening and equipped with two bearings.
3. A manual shut-off valve is installed above each flow valve; this can be closed to stop the flow of media from the hopper, thereby facilitating maintenance of the flow valve

1. The shot blasting chamber is constructed from welded manganese steel.
2. Manganese steel protective plates are installed in the "hot zone" of the chamber—specifically covering three-quarters of the area directly exposed to the blast stream—to prevent steel shot from striking the chamber's outer walls; these plates are suspended for easy installation, removal, and replacement.
3. A three-layer sealing structure is installed at the top to prevent steel shot from leaking out during the blasting process.
1. The shot blasting chamber features a compact structure and a sealed design based on German technology, ensuring that abrasive media does not scatter during operation.
2. The door utilizes an automatic opening and closing mechanism controlled by pneumatic cylinders.
3.Employing specialized processes and technology, the door is more reliable than conventional designs; it resists deformation and maintains its sealing integrity for 20 years—overcoming the performance degradation typical of traditional sealing methods after just six months.

1.Charging door
The charging door is constructed from welded steel and features a high-manganese steel protective plate with a labyrinth-style guard design. It is driven by an electric trolley with a link chain (equipped with a safety pin) and includes a detection switch to monitor the door's position.
2. Feeding machine
The charging machine consists of a support frame, a carriage, and a link-chain drive mechanism. Protective plates are mounted on both sides of the frame, with control buttons installed on one side. The frame supports a pivoting arm; when the drive mechanism is activated, the material hopper ascends along the internal channel of the arm. Simultaneously, the arm rotates around its pivot point, causing the hopper—during its ascent and rotation—to tilt toward the cleaner's feed opening and discharge the material into the drum.
A rotary proximity switch is located at the drive shaft end to limit the upper travel limit of the hopper, while a proximity switch signals the completion of the movement once the hopper has descended.
Discharge system
1. An automatic unloading mechanism: Workpieces that have undergone shot blasting are discharged from the blast chamber, fall onto the automatic unloading mechanism, and are then conveyed into a collection bin by a vibration device.
2. An anti-drop, vibration-dampening rubber pad is installed on the unloading mechanism; it effectively prevents impact between the parts and the damping plate, providing excellent protection.

1. A mesh screen separator is connected to the elevator and positioned above the magnetic separator; fine material passes through the screen into the magnetic separator, while coarse material and impurities are conveyed by a spiral mechanism along the screen to the discharge port at the rear.
2. It is designed to finely separate usable shot, broken shot, and dust, ensuring the uniformity of the shot media.
3.Featuring a welded structure, the interior contains multiple carefully designed compartments for airflow guidance. An access door on the front allows for routine inspection and maintenance; this door is equipped with an air inlet to provide the necessary airflow for dust separation.
4. An adjustable multi-vane baffle structure is used to regulate the uniformity of the falling abrasive curtain.
5. Stationary magnets installed at both the top and bottom enable the fine separation of usable shot from broken steel shot, ensuring the consistency of the blast media.
6. A storage hopper is connected at the bottom; after separation, the usable shot flows into the hopper for storage and subsequent reuse.
